  • A rage room is a controlled environment where you can safely break items to release stress, frustration, or emotional buildup. At Breaking Point, every session is supervised, equipped with safety gear, and designed to be both therapeutic and fun.

    Physical release can help clear your mind, boost your mood, and leave you feeling lighter, calmer, and recharged.

  • Yes. Safety is our top priority. Every session is staff-led and includes required protective gear, approved tools, and a structured environment. Our rooms are designed to keep the experience safe, controlled, and enjoyable from start to finish.

  • Participants of all ages are welcome. Minors under the age of 18, must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and must follow all safety guidelines.

  • Just yourself. Long-sleeves, long pants, and closed-toe shoes are required. We provide all safety gear, tools, and breakable items.

  • We provide a variety of breakables included in each session and specialty smash items (e.g., large screen TVs) available for purchase. All items are selected to ensure a safe and satisfying experience.

  • Yes, personal items are welcome as long as they meet our safety guidelines. Mirrors and hazardous materials are not permitted. All personal items must be approved by staff prior to your session.

  • Sessions last 30 minutes, additional time can be purchased.

  • Absolutely. We offer group sessions for birthdays, celebrations, team outings, and more. Group bookings are available for parties of five or more.

  • Yes. All participants must sign a waiver prior to participating. Minors must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

  • Yes, photos and videos are allowed as long as they don’t interfere with safety guidelines or staff instructions. Staff may restrict recording if it becomes unsafe.

  • All broken items are safely cleaned and disposed of or recycled whenever possible following each session.

  • We strongly recommend booking in advance to guarantee availability. Walk-ins may be accommodated when space allows.

  • No. For everyone’s safety, alcohol and substances are not permitted before or during sessions. Anyone who appears impaired will not be allowed to participate. No exceptions will be made.

  • Many people find that physical release helps reduce stress, clear mental tension, and boost mood. While not a replacement for therapy, rage rooms can be a powerful stress-relief experience.
