Terms & Conditions

By booking a session with Breaking Point Rage Room, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility & Participation

  • Rage room and splash room participants must meet all age requirements for the booked experience.

  • Rage room participation is 18+, unless a minor is accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who has signed the required waiver.

  • All participants must complete and sign a waiver prior to participation. No exceptions.

Sobriety Policy

  • Participants must arrive sober and free from the influence of alcohol or drugs.

  • Breaking Point Rage Room enforces a zero-tolerance policy regarding impairment.

  • Staff reserves the right to refuse service or end a session at any time if impairment is suspected.

  • No refunds will be issued if service is refused due to impairment.

Dress Code & Safety Requirements

  • Participants in rage sessions are required to wear:

    • Long-sleeve shirts

    • Long pants

    • Closed-toe shoes

  • Participants who do not meet dress code requirements will not be permitted to participate.

  • All provided protective gear must be worn as instructed at all times.

  • Failure to comply with safety rules or staff instructions may result in immediate removal from the session without a refund.

Arrival & Late Policy

  • Guests are required to arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled session for check-in and safety briefing.

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced session time or forfeiture of the session.

  • No refunds will be issued for late arrivals.

Booking, Cancellations & Refunds

  • All bookings are final.

  • Refunds will only be issued in the event that Breaking Point Rage Room cancels the scheduled session.

  • No refunds will be issued for:

    • No-shows

    • Late arrivals

    • Failure to meet age, sobriety, or dress code requirements

    • Removal due to unsafe behavior or non-compliance

    • Rescheduling may be permitted at management’s discretion with advance notice.

Conduct & Staff Authority

  • Participants are expected to follow all staff instructions at all times.

  • Breaking Point Rage Room staff has full authority to pause or end any session for safety reasons.

  • Disruptive, unsafe, or aggressive behavior toward staff or other guests will not be tolerated.

Assumption of Risk

  • Participation in rage room, splash room, and gaming activities involves inherent risks.

  • By booking a session, participants acknowledge and accept all risks associated with the activity.

Photography & Media

  • Breaking Point Rage Room may capture photos or videos for promotional purposes.

  • Guests who do not wish to be photographed must notify staff prior to their session.

Agreement

By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
